Position: Senior PeopleSoft HR Technology Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (with Experience in PeopleSoft HR 8.9/9.0)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: DOE
Number of Positions: 2 (Senior & Mid level)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3+ months, CTH
Preference: Citizens, GCs or EADs (Contract to Hire is a must)

Description:
• The role was primary designed to provide technology support for assigned region (e.g. Americas, Europe, Asia). Moving forward this role will focus providing HR System support, HR Process Guidance/Definition, support to TM/Recruitment to effectively deploy key technology/processes (e.g. Talentlink, Performance Management, etc.).
Purpose
This incumbent will lead HR Technology and Process efforts for an assigned region (e.g. Americas, Europe or Asia). This incumbent will also work as the SME for Talent Management Technology efforts (e.g. Talentlink, Taleo, Performance Management, etc.). This incumbent will also ensure that all HR Processes in region are properly document and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities
• Manages HR Systems needs for assigned region (40% of time).
• Ensures that key system functionality works well for assigned region (e.g. APR).
• Partners with the Talent Management organization to support technology needs (i.e. Talentlink, Taleo, Performance Management, etc.) (20% of time)
• Ensures that all key HR processes are document and continuously improved for region (20% of time).
• Works to ensure that effective Change Management occurs when new processes and/or technology is implemented (10% of time).
• Provide local adhoc reporting needs and partners with Reporting/Metric Analyst to standardize all reporting needs for region (10% of time).
Basic Qualification
• Prefers BS, Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent years of experience in the field/area.
• At least 3 years of experience with HR Systems and processes.
• Six Sigma certification and PMP required.
• At least 3+ years of functional experience in Peoplesoft HR v8.9/9.0 or higher environment.
• Experience with core HR modules.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, project planning and issue resolution skills.
