Title: Data Analyst
Duration: Contract – 3+ months
Location: San Jose, CA

Experis IT is looking for a Data Analyst for our client with the below qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet data analysis needs.
• Collect information from inside the organization and helping with some modeling for workforce planning for the development of a new operating model that are developing.
• Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs.
• Work mostly with mid-level managers and have lots of exposure to the VP and staff and work especially closely with the financial controller for the group.

Required
• Degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Able to deal in the abstract and create numerical models that help to determine future headcount needs taking into account efficiencies that might potentially reduce the need for manual work as well as the shifting of work from outside contractors back in house.
• Able to make some decisions on how best to model the data, including the tools/applications to use.
• Excellent communication skills
