OTM seeking an IT System Administrator for excellent, stable, growing client company. Pay rate DOE. Position available contract to hire.
**Local candidates with local experience preferred (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)**
As an IT System Administrator, you will work on day-to-day IT operations - including installing and administering Windows, Apple OS X systems, mobile devices, VoIP phone system, printers, Audio/Visual equipment, and end-user support for employees located at HQ and remote offices.
Responsibilities:
•Install, administer and support Windows and Apple OS X systems and mobile devices located at HQ, remote offices and home offices.
•Administer Active Directory, Hosted Exchange email, and WebEx users.
•Administer virtualized application and file servers.
•Perform data backup, monitor server, network, and communication infrastructure.
•Administer VoIP phone system, mobile phones and data cards.
•Administer printers, scanners and audio/visual equipment.
•Administer building security system.
•Manage IT Helpdesk operation and deliver IT services as per SLA.
Skills Required:
•Strong experience with Windows 7/8, Windows 2008/2012, Apple OS X and mobile devices.
•Strong experience in security, data protection and system recovery.
•Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP administration.
•Experience in administering audio/visual equipment and building security systems.
•Experience in administering VoIP phone systems.
•Experience with the installation, set-up, and management of VMware and virtual machines
•Experience with Networking, IP subnets, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, LACP, WiFi and network security.
•5+ years of IT infrastructure and end-user support experience.
•BS degree in CS/MIS or equivalent experience.
