Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of web design/development experience working in a Drupal environment. Hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, including a thorough knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is required. Experience with Drupal, PHP, MySQL, LAMP/MAMP, JavaScript frameworks (specifically JQuery) is a must-have. The ideal Web Designer/Developer will have experience with CMS solutions, developing for social platforms, working with social APIs, and cross-browser, cross-platform, cross device unit testing. The candidate will also need to have experience setting up demand generation landing pages and forms within an Eloqua environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
Maintenance and changes to existing web/graphic content (external and internal)
Production/modification of new/existing web/graphic content, including marketing promotions (e-mailers, web banners), collaterals, ads, tradeshow and internal tools
Influence web strategy, including helping drive web innovations (mobile, dynamic content), and align strategy with execution, perform A/B testing
Assist with the web implementation of Eloqua-driven demand generation marketing campaigns (landing page design and web form implementation)
Implement systems for analytics to create better linkages to Eloqua
Skills:
Strong program/project management skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal language presentation skills and can liaise effectively with both non-technical and technical counterparts
Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with strong attention to details
Organized with an eye for detail, capable of transposing ideas into tangible solutions
Analytical, with good problem-solving skills; quick learner
Excellent written and verbal language presentation skills and can liaise effectively with both non-technical and technical counterparts
Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with strong attention to details
