[KITlist-Tech] Software Developer - Web application/social media (Los Angeles, CA)

Please direct your responses to: jimkuciel@gmail.com

This is a contract position/project based effort, to develop a multi-user web application that takes data from various social media services like Twitter, Facebook, Vine, etc. and organizes it for other display purposes. This functionality is currently being done with licensed single user software programs that are not scalable and vulnerable to single points of failure.

The ideal candidate will be able to migrate the functionality of a single user Windows XP type application to a multi-user, licensed, Web hosted application. The new application will be accessed with PC's, Mac's and tablets. This project requires a thorough understanding of database architecture, design and maintenance, Web application development, GUI development (Installers, screen layouts, pick lists, query filters, etc.), and working with 3rd party API's to merge social media content and broadcast television. Experience with Twitter and Facebook API's is a plus.

If you, or someone you know, is local to Los Angeles and has the skills and experience to take this project from concept to end-user deployment, send your resume ASAP.

The business is growing and the opportunity is immediate.
