A San Jose organization focused on community events seeks a Finance Director Fellow to partner with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization. The Fellow will be needed at monthly board meetings (either in person or remote) and our monthly budget/finance committee meetings. Fellow will act as treasurer, develop budgeting processes including system for managing cash flow, forecasting and accurate reporting, report on financial results and issues to CEO and Board of Directors, and manage operational aspects of financial management
