We are seeking a Sr. Change Manager. In this role you will support the client's Learning & Careers team, supporting large project initiatives such as piloting a Flexible Work Schedule program to the enterprise, a year-long learning & development event strategy, and growing & implementing the client's workforce planning strategies. This is a salaried position with benefits for a remote worker in the US or Canada.

What you will be doing

You will develop the change management strategy and drive adoption across multiple partners helping to ensure the timely delivery of high priority transformation projects.
You will take a lead role in understanding highly complex processes, tools, and operations, with a goal to identify effective change management strategies and adoption metrics
Evaluate change impact & organizational readiness
Formulate the change management strategy and adoption metrics
Develop and execute the change management plan
Drive adoption to meet the goals set by adoption metrics
Responsible to increase customer awareness, adoption, and usage and minimize resistance by creating and implementing change management plans, activities, and deliverables.
Partner with several development and delivery teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the client's internal customers (client employees), as well as enable improvements to increase benefit realization, value creation, and return on investment.
What you will bring

5+ years of experience in change management (required)
Change management certification; Prosci, CCMP (strong plus)
Working knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR Model
Strong track record showing successful completion of large scale cross functional projects
Ability to build proven positive and productive collaborations with partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong documentation, administrative and engagement skills
Shown effective analytical skills and reliable decision-making skills
Expertise in change management methodologies, processes, and tools
Experience with maintaining virtual communities in support of change efforts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand environment
Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite with emphasis on SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting findings at the executive level
Strong track record showing successful completion of large scale cross functional projects
BA or BS required
