Software AG is seeking ENTRY-LEVEL candidates for our ENTERPRISE SERVICE BUS (ESB) practice to architect, develop, and deliver technical solutions to solve our clients' most pressing business process challenges.
You will be based out of your home in the US, and must be willing to travel 75-100%.
In exchange, YOU WILL BE REWARDED with interesting engagements, training, the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop marketable experience working with some of the biggest names in the industry, using the most current technologies, and successfully resolving the most complex technical challenges.
The consulting lifestyle is not for everyone, but those who embrace it (vs. just tolerate it) know that consulting is the fast-track to supercharge your career and stand apart from the pack.
For many, this investment yields significant benefits, such as above-market compensation and a lifetime of INTERESTING AND MEANINGFUL WORK, using CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interfacing with internal or external clients, as you'll be expected to gain our clients' confidence and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders. Presentation skills, organizational skills, and planning skills are a plus.
You should be knowledgable about the stages of the software development lifecycle. Exposure to a software development methodology, such as Agile/SCRUM is helpful, as is experience participating in JAD sessions and performing user requirements definitions.
Your consulting project activities will include everything from client identification through final invoicing on medium to long-term engagements requiring top-notch interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
