Responsibilities:
Support EDA tools for custom digital and analog designs and development of design flows. Work closely with experienced designers and CAD engineers to ensure successful design completion.
Requirements:
BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 5 year hands-on experience of custom design tools and methodology. Strong programming skills in Perl, tcl, skill and shell scripting are required. Detailed understanding of custom design tools such as Virtuoso/Laker Calibre/Hercules and good knowledge of PDK are required. Familiarity with schematic and layout designs and simulation methodology is desirable. Familiar with memory and analog design methodology would be a distinctive advantage. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Resourceful and have strong desire and willing to learn new skills. Highly organized and detailed oriented.
