In this role, you will:
-Set the vision and contribute to the innovation and technical direction for Collaboration framework architecture and features
-Architect, develop and deploy high-performance, scalable distributed system and flexible front-end UI
-Lead a group of bright engineers to develop the next generation of capabilities
-Contribute to design and development efforts on all levels of the application stack
-Own the quality of the system including unit testing, functional testing, and performance
-Constantly strive to improve software development process and team productivity
To win in this role, you need:
-5+ years of developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed real-time collaboration backend services for web and/or mobile
-5+ years of consumer-facing cross-browser AJAX web/mobile applications development experience
-Experience in several of the areas like chat, screen/file sharing, voice, video, messaging, mail
-Strong problem solving, analytical and object-oriented programming skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment
-BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
