Title: Tableau Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)

Experis has multiple Tableau Analyst positions requiring the following skills:

Responsiblities:
- Will lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects. Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements.
- Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial status reports.

Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience are required.
- Experience in Tableau a must with good background in setting up key business intelligence reports within the Tableau.
- Support in creating the tableau dashboard creation.
- Tableau and Excel expertise a must
- Very good communication skills

Desired Skills:
- Capable of working with teams and commit to deadlines, fostering a positive work environment
- Exhibits solid communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to actively manage competing deliverables to meet business commitments and partners� expectations
- Strong team player, capable of dealing with complex issues
- Proficiency in Tableau with recent history of creating dashboards within Tableau.

Tools Used:
- Expert in Excel - Use, modify, and develop complex spreadsheets.
- Management of large amounts of data is a must as well as the ability to summarize it in a clean and impactful chart format
- Tableau Proficiency Required: Expert level who can create and/or modify dashboards within tool.

Education/Experience:
- BS degree
