We are now looking for a Post-Silicon Validation Technical Manager:

NVIDIA chip solutions team is looking for world class leaders to manage cross functional post-silicon development and validation of next-generation high-speed serial interconnects like the PCIe and higher performance, power efficient NVIDIA® NVLinkT interfaces. You will be part of a highly motivated, talented, global HW team and play a crucial role in delivering a high quality, state of the art GPU products to serve various markets.

Your Role:

• Manage planning and execution of functional bring-up, system level feature validation, corner qualification and resulting debug on the above interfaces.

• Drive related schedule, programming guides, customer escalations, manufacturing yield improvements and design feedback.

• Coordinate with logic design, circuit design, board design, diagnostics, firmware, driver, marketing, industry partners, and key customers.

• Lead and mentor several team members, and oversee activities across teams and geographic locations.



Your Skills:

• BS EE or ECE and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated track record of technical and project leadership in a post-SI environment while delivering results on time.

• Highly motivated team player desiring a fast-paced environment with emphasis on continuous improvement.

• Strong project management, teamwork, and communication skills.

• A strong analytical mind with first-rate problem solving skills.

• Ability to work well in a cross-site cross-team environment.

• Post silicon validation and debug experience on PCIe Gen3 (or similar protocols) required.

• Experience with JS and Perl (or similar) a plus.
