Senior Java Developer needed for long term consulting opportunity at client company. Company is stable / growing.
As part of the cloud team you will be participating in the implemenation of cloud applications and services. A good understanding of web application development using Spring Framework, including Spring Security, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Memcached and exposure to distributed systems development using technologies such as Hadoop, ActiveMQ, Redis, etc.
Required Skills:
- Development experience with large system components in Java/Spring in J2EE environments,
- Cloud Management Platform Experience (Jclouds/EC2 APIs, vCloud Director/Eucalyptus)
- Large scale software system development (inception to release using Java/J2EE/Spring)
- SaaS platform experience or building system management and cloud management platforms/applications
- Expertise in the security aspects of web applications and services including ID management, AAA, SAML, PKI
-Agile/Extreme development
Plus Skills:
-Hibernate (ORM), Quartz (Scheduler) and Fedora is a bonus
