The WW Distribution Business Intelligence Team (BIT) is responsible for the automation, processing and accuracy of data delivered to internal operations team members, cross-functional teams and distributors. In addition, the BIT team engages with key members to support the measuring and monitoring of both company and distribution performance. The team plays a significant role in ensuring reporting optimization, complete requirements gathering and data accuracy.
This team handles a multitude of functions, but the key activities that this team collectively drives include the following:
* Gathering and Distribution of MARS and Finance Data to Centralized Databases (SQL Server)
* Report Automation and Streamlining Projects
* Delivery of Standardized Reports to Internal and External members
* Data Analysis, including Troubleshooting and Escalation of Data Anomalies
* Weekly Collaboration and Support for WW Distribution Operations as well as Distributors
This role would focus on Data Analysis and Management for the WW Distribution Operations Team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Centralized Data Management * Serves as the single source of truth for data to the WW operations teams
* Data Gathering * Creates processes for importing data into localized databases using proven methodologies
* Data Analysis and Integrity * Works with multiple teams to insure data integrity and consistency
* Reporting* Analysis and gathering of requirements needed to set appropriate SLA, design, implement, Q/A and deliver adhoc and standard reports
* Reporting Automation * Analysis and gathering of requirements required for automation and streamline report requests. Includes parameter-driven, connections, macros, sql and db coding
* Standardized Reports * Complete and distribute standardized reports to Satisfy daily, weekly, & monthly adhoc and reoccurring report requests
* Project Requests * Carries out all aspects of full project life cycle. Research and engage with key project members. Executes the SDLC with respect to the reporting domain
* Q/A Support - Perform QA and UAT as needed in new initiatives, special projects and reporting databases
* Operations/Distributor Support * Support all operations members and distributors with ad hoc requests
Minimum requirements are:
* 8-10 years of work experience
* Proven analytical background
* Database design and implementation a must
* SSRS and SQL Server database management a must
* TSQL a must
* Reporting automation approaches, best practices and methodologies a must
* Channels Distribution experience would be a plus
* Business Requirements Gathering, documentation and communication with respect to data and reporting a must.

* Partnership/Teamwork * ability to work well with a variety of people and to be flexible in taking on different roles/responsibilities as the business changes
* Business writing * ability to write for different audiences (staff to senior executives) and for different purposes (informational to persuasive)
* Professional demeanor with a team player attitude
