FrontRange Solutions is seeking an Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the global rollout and successful adoption of new business processes within the global finance, IT, sales, and marketing applications. The Project Manager is a key player in managing, tracking and communicating the progress of parallel projects, and in ensuring the quality delivery of functional systems.
From initiation through to completion, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning the project phases, resources, milestones, schedules, and budget tracking. Included in the project phases are the management of the business requirements development, review and signoff process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing internal resource commitments and vendor professional services resource commitments.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in working with small and mid-sized businesses in implementing and managing their financial, IT, sales, and marketing systems.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
Manage internal and external resource commitments
Facilitate business process engineering and documentation development
Identify key components to global user adoption and develop relevant plans
Requirements:
Bachelor´s Degree
7 to 10 years experience in systems applications implementations and support, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
Substantial previous application experience with the following applications: NetSuite, SalesForce, WorkDay, Goldmine, and IT Service Management systems
Understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to corporate accounting, order processing, sales, and marketing.
Strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project
Solid experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support of a major IS/IT initiative
Excellent people management skills and the ability to work with business and technical resources to develop and manage an implementation plan
Experience with software in a SaaS environment
Certified Project Manager (PMP or Prince)
Domestic and International Travel is up to 10%
