Job Description
The Search & SEO Portal Analyst is responsible for the management and performance optimization of the Robert Half portal search program and must be able to effectively plan, implement and communicate recommendations. Candidate must be experienced and comfortable reporting results and educating all levels of management.
Responsibilities:
•Project manage and prioritize SEO site enhancements working closely with development and production teams
•Responsible for all facets of day to day management including keyword research/generation, ad copy writing and testing, landing page selection/optimization
•Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data from keyword to campaign for ROI and KPI metrics
•Design and develop contextual search functionality on content heavy company websites
•Must be able to present results as well as high level trends
•Ability to gather insight from data and execute next steps accordingly
•Manage internal relationships with business teams
•Consistent communication with business teams to identify opportunities as well provide key learning for each family of business
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•A minimum of 2+ years hands on search experience. Background at a Search Engine Marketing agency will be strongly considered
•Some experience with SEO optimization or reporting
•Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
•Expert with Excel and Powerpoint required
•Experience with analytics tools such as Netinsights and Google Analytics a plus
•Hands on experience with Vivisimo Velocity and or SharePoint FAST Search
•Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management
