Title: Survey Development Consultant w/ Vovici skills
Location: San Jose, CA or RTP, NC
contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)

-Perfect Candidate MUST know Vovici Survey Tool and consider themselves an expert in creating complicated surveys using this tool. This would include but not limited to advanced branching, survey reporting and all e-mailing options. Candidate MUST be willing to coach clients with creating acceptable questions to drive to desired results and create actionable outcomes. Candidate MUST possess a willingness to work in a team environment, excellent written and oral skills and ability to work within deadlines.



-The primary provider of customer, partner and field feedback to organizations within Cisco to assist with creation, upgrading, course correct, create base line metrics, analyze data and/or create surveys to best enable organizations to find actionable information to continue to make Cisco #1 in industry.

-This particular position will be within the feedback management team which is primarily responsible for creating, coaching designing and analyzing surveys using the Vovici survey tool. The correct candidate will be coached in corporate and human resources policy pertaining to survey creation.

-Position can be in San Jose or RTP offices.


-Looking for a Survey Development Consultant to work with internal Cisco clients to design, develop, program, test and manage on-line surveys. Some survey analysis will be required. Additional tasks may include, but are not limited to supporting survey authors, creating related HTML survey e-mailers, handling platform access issues, opening support tickets with the platform vendor, creating/facilitating user training as well as other tasks that may be assigned by the team lead.

Required skills:
-Project and client engagement management throughout project lifecycle
-2+ years´ experience in survey consulting, questionnaire development
-Advanced Vovici skills (branching, email triggers, scoring, dashboards, etc.) - This will be a requirement for all candidates
- Experience with survey sampling methodology
-Advanced MS-Excel (Pivot Tables, VB Macro programming) and PowerPoint skills
-HTML skills and/or HTML editing tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver
C# or Java programming experience is helpful, but not required
- Working knowledge of Text Analytics
- Training Facilitation skills
