Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases and automation for high-performance embedded systems in broadcast industry
• Test support of current and new features for customer platforms as well as reference systems
• Lead team of QA Engineers (2+) and coordinate with teams across geographies

Desired Skills & Experience:

Qualifications:

• BS degree in EE, CS, Mathematics or equivalent
• 8+ years hands-on proven experience in all stages of QA process
• Solid experience testing audio/video based products in broadcast industry
• Experience in scripting languages (Perl, Python, and VBscript is preferred)
• Solid Linux knowledge
• Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple projects.
• Analyzes requirements, designs, writes and executes test plans based on project specifications.
• Validates bug fixes, and perform regression testing to ensure product integrity and product
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills – can lead project meetings, develop test spec and generate reports.
• Excellent analysis and design skills, strong self-starter with attention to detail

Considered a plus, not required:

• Programming skills/experience on automation framework
• Programming skills/experiences related with video/audio encoding/decoding/xcoding
• Signal processing, including audio/video processing and/or compression, broadcast
