The Principal System Integration Engineer will be responsible for leading the validation of our products with external and internal systems.
Principal System Integration Engineer
In order to work effectively as a Principal System Integration Engineer, the position is expected to:
•Work closely with product engineering teams, external field validation team and SQE testing team to ensure systems work correctly when deployed.
•System integration test planning.
•Design of performance tests for our products.
•Investigate complex system and performance issues reported by our customers.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
•10+ years of experience working with software systems requiring integration with external hardware.
•Demonstrated experience in a System Integration Testing role.
•Expert knowledge of one of the scripting languages (Perl, PowerShell, VBScript).
•Expert in Windows OS Administration.
•Experience in SQLServer Administration.
•Experience with VMware, including using VMWare API is a plus.
•Experience with performance testing of SQLServer based solutions is a plus.
•Application programming experience with .Net C#, C++ is a plus.
•Willingness to travel.
•B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent experience.
