Our client is an established, global, software company. This company is red-hot and driving revenue and leading market share in their niche. Their end-to-end supply chain software-related offerings help to solve large scale business problems for global Fortune 2000 companies around the world. Position title: Data Analyst
Locations: Austin, Dallas Texas or Bay area, California
Position responsibilities/description:
In this role the Data Analyst candidate will be responsible for analyzing and presenting KPI data that demonstrates the company's solution effectiveness for their customers. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Support the develop strategies and initiatives to measure and monitor solution effectiveness and value delivered for all customers.
•Definition and refinement of KPIs and metrics for all company solutions.
•Collaborate with the data architect, research and development, and support operations to automate and centralize measurement and monitoring of individual customer solutions.
•Support roll-out of measurement and monitoring for all customers.
•Collaborate with professional services to adapt and roll-out KPIs and metrics for each individual customer solution.
•Support company support operations to measure and monitor KPIs and metrics across all of the company's solutions.
•Support centralized data enrichment activities for all customer offerings
•Manage company-wide metadata as it is collected and cataloged and stored.
•Coordinate with all stake-holders to manage and execute data normalization and enrichment activities on a regular basis.
•Support the generation of reports/charts using the collected metrics and KPIs
•Manage the coordinate the communication of these results across the company and external customers.
 
Skills desired/required:
•2+ years of experience in consulting/developing/deploying large scale supply chain solutions for Fortune 500 clients
•2+ years of experience in assessing effectiveness of supply chain processes and solutions
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, etc.
•Experience with BI tools like Cognos, Informatica, SAP/BW, etc.
•Understanding and experience of deploying of end-to-end supply chain processes – from forecast to cash and demand to pay
•Understanding of data structures, databases, and data/information management
•Familiarity with major ERP Systems, such as SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.
•Familiarity with application integration and B2B technologies
•Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic and challenging set of internal groups and projects in an efficient and predictable manner
•Ability to be collaborative, constructive and results oriented in working with other departments to meet business objectives and management commitments
•BS or MS or higher in business, operations, engineering or equivalent required
•Willingness to travel at least 20%
