We are looking for a Project manager to lead Digital Asset Management process and solution execution for a global high tech company. The Project manager will own the planning, execution and coordination required to implement a Digital Asset Management solution to ensure that the sales team has quick, easy access to required marketing assets.
This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week role working anywhere in the US. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive and detailed execution plan for the Digital Asset Management project and related work streams
• Development of an Asset Lifecycle Accountability Matrix which documents the lifecycle of various asset types at the company and clearly articulates ownership/accountability at all stages of the lifecycle.
• Document all processes surrounding asset management, swim lane, process flow format
• Drive technology decision, including vendor selection if required. Advise client on how to advance their technology to enable asset management and collaboration leveraging Jive platform
• Development of taxonomy/metadata, including deployment of the new taxonomy/metadata and create the plan on how it can be dynamic and change with the organization over time
• Creation and deployment of key policies and governance associated with managing assets (record retention, archival, etc)
• Migration of key assets from existing model to go forward model/Digital Asset management system, including retirement of assets per the archival policy
• Develop and execute communications plan around the changes within Digital Asset Management environment to drive awareness and adoption
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of project management – strategy to execution
• Significant background in digital asset management/content management systems
• Background in significant change management efforts
• Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Background in taxonomy/metadata development
• Proven ability to execute complex, global marketing technology projects
• Knowledge of Sharepoint and Jive technology preferred
• 1 to 2 trips to client offices in Ohio
• BS Degree
