Business System Analyst-Peoplesoft HR
3-6 months+ contract
Carlsbad, CA


An experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst - HRMS with the ability to design technical solutions for PeopleSoft Functional/Business HR applications using an Oracle RDBMS and support other web applications, interfaces, and related custom or packaged code.
Candidate must have demonstrated PeopleSoft programming technical skills.

PeopleSoft HR and Time and Labor

Work to gather requriements to design and troubleshoot new and existing changes/enhancements for PeopleSoft HR, Time and Labor, 3rd party integrations and
PeopleSoft Financials using PeopleSoft HR/TL version 8 and higher or PeopleSoft Financials version 9.0 or higher.


Looking for great analytical skills to ensure functional requirements can be gathered and translated into technical design/code and vice versa.

Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt message to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Excellent problem solving and logical analysis skills
* In-depth experience working on Interfaces/ conversions in an Oracle 11i applications environment
* Knowledge of operating systems
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and OO development concepts

Ability to lead a team to accomplish team goals and train and mentor
