As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for bringing to market a next-generation development platform. Your customers live in a world of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, web, cloud, and more… and they are looking for the next generation of user interfaces. Think motion, natural user input, vector and 3D animation, along with database, web, and more. This is an opportunity for you to turn science fiction into a developer's reality.
This exciting and dynamic position is a business leadership role that involves a mixture of deep technology and evangelism. You will work closely with nearly every part of the organization, including Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance, to bring products successfully to market and grow successfully into new and existing markets.

Responsibilities:
•Assuring the ongoing growth, competitiveness, and relevance of the product line by crafting and communicating a roadmap and vision that meets and exceeds the needs of a global customer base.
•Working with all parts of the organization to bring new products to market and ensuring that every major group in the Company understands what is necessary to properly sell and support the products.
•Evangelizing the products via white papers, webinars, blogs, videos, press interviews, events, etc., and working closely with Product Marketing on product messaging and collateral.
•Managing multiple OEM relationships.
•Working closely with customers through multiple channels.
•Working closely with Engineering on feature priorities and specifications and maintaining a close understanding of engineering progress.
•Providing regular executive check-ins to discuss ongoing adjustments to project scope and schedule and to escalate key decisions.
•Understanding the products' performance across multiple markets and conducting regular win-loss analysis as well as competitive analysis to understand the key drivers in each market.

Required Skills and Experience:
This role requires a Software Product Manager with strong leadership and communication skills. You are a technology visionary with a keen understanding of the current market landscape for software tools and frameworks and a desire to change it. You have a passion for software and for continuously improving the way things are done inside of a business; and you inspire others with your vision.
•Skilled and charismatic communicator and leader with excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or Architect, and 3 years of Product Management experience.
•Ability to articulate a clear business vision, and to clearly document, communicate, and prioritize requirements, as well as to manage roadmaps with large and complex feature sets.
•Strong project management skills: organized, with an attention to detail and the ability to manage large projects with complex interdependencies.
•Fast learner who operates well in a dynamic, high-paced, and collaborative environment.
•Customer focused; comfortable working one-on-one with customers, as well as one-to-many via live presentations, webinars, blogs, and more.
•Experience working with analysts and media, and able to generate various forms of content: including byline articles, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, and more.
•Numbers oriented with experience tracking product financial performance.
•Track record of success in bringing new technology products to market.
•Understanding of current technology and development trends around web, mobile, desktop, and cloud computing.
•BS required. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
