Title:Description: Business Continuity Analyst (Assist in HR Business Continuity Planning)
Contract: 3+ months w/ possibility of extension
Location: San Jose, CA
Must be an independent worker with little supervision
Support on-going development of Business Continuity Management Department Summary Reports
Conduct various analyses including Business Impact Analysis,
Actively represent the HR Business Continuity Management ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business.
Must have a good range of Enterprise Business Continuity experience at a medium level of specialization
Coordinate routine updates to the detailed information supporting the Business Continuity procedures
Coordinate electronic access to, and hard copy distribution of, the Business Continuity plans and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Experience directly working in a business continuity position.
Experience interacting and advising business departments on business continuity and negotiating through to desired result.
Understanding of business continuity planning at a business level
Good verbal/written communications. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with departmental staff.
Good verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to emphasize a desire to provide high quality, customer service. (Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel)
Good baseline knowledge and understanding of current business continuity planning techniques and technologies.
Familiar with Sungard CMS Business Continuity Management Professional
Familiar with Crystal Report Writer
Business Continuity Management
Leader Business Continuity Disaster Recovery, data tool = Sungard
Global Benefits
Conclude Global Business Accessment for Executives/Leadership Team
Populating reports to push out data to template
