POSITION – TECHNICAL SUPPORT
DURATION – 6 MONTHS
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
TYPE – CONRACT (PART-TIME)

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the usage of the Microsoft Solomon & Dynamics Application for the businesses
• Provide technical support to projects & application support and internal L3 maintenance activities.
• Provide technical expertise for projects and application enhancements, if required;
• Support the Implementation of new release
• Develop and maintain all operational documentation and procedures (users guide)
• Ensure take over from project to support in co-operation with the Project Manager
• Co-operate in the development and implementation of new standards, policies, guidelines
• Ensure commitment to standards and processes
• Assist the Team Leader and/or Project Manager in any mission of his/her request (e.g. strategy, expertise, metrics)
• Co-operate in projects (new Release, deployment, migration) and could from time to time manage small projects.
• Support and maintain internal software and hardware specifications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of IT application support experience or IT project development experience
• Solid hands-on working experience using Microsoft technologies, which consist of .NET Framework, C#, Winforms, Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008.
• Good knowledge in client/server architecture
• Good knowledge in SQL database (Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc)
• Good knowledge in all kinds of Microsoft products especially Microsoft .NET technology, Visual Studio development system, Microsoft Office Macro Programming.
• Experience in ERP solutions fields would be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills.
