Title: Web Content Specialist
Duration: 6 mos+
Location: San Jose, CA
Qualifications:
-This position requires minimum of 2-4 years of experience in developing and executing e-mail broadcasts and web content.
-This position also requires knowledge of Web technologies, such as web server technology (e.g., HTTP protocol), web page design, layout and flow, copy writing, HTML raw coding, JavaScript, SQL, computer graphics design and multimedia development.
-Previous experience in internet marketing and working with marketing collaterals required.
-Demonstrated proficiency in working with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Homesite, and Reflection FTP Client required.
-Experience with TeamSite a plus.
Functions/Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the following:
-Adapts content developed by digital agencies into internet marketing vehicle formats
-Develops and deploys internet marketing vehicles including e-mail broadcasts, registration pages, redirect URLs
-Ensures internet marketing vehicles meet corporate standards
-Tests internet marketing vehicles to ensure accuracy and quality prior to deployment
-Responsible for content deliverables as directed by client or client-facing Service Bureau Segment Manager
-Pulls registration data; conducts analysis
-Ensures deliverable complies with privacy policy best practices
-Accountable for project deliverables as directed by Service Bureau Manager
-Focuses, shares content development tool mastery & enhanced functionality
-Maintains and supports key client relationships
-Drives global collaboration; shares best practices, technical expertise
-Manage and execute all aspects of the email marketing campaigns
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
-Required to make decisions on providing client service such as when to escalate an issue.
-Ability to interpret and understand client needs.
-Assesses campaign requirements, identifies issues and negotiates solutions.
-Prioritizes own workload.
-Demonstrated client focus and ability to understand client needs are critical.
-Other important skills include problem solving skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, oral and written skills.
-A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
