Instructional Designer / Organization Change Management Consultant
Terms: 6 Months (32 hours/week contract)
Location: Sal Lake City, UT
We are looking for Organization change management consultant with extensive experience with training design and development. The job would require 30% change management/communications and 70% training design and development.
Job Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Analysis /Communications Planning & Delivery Ongoing OCM project management
• Training Needs Analysis/Development
• UAT user participation coordination
• Training Delivery & Refresher Training as needed (global)
• Ongoing support planning and implementation
Required Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience with Change Management and instructional material design and development
• Experience with leading effort for organization change
• Experience with evaluating and crating training materials
• Experience with Project Management
• Experience with cross functional coordination
