Duties Product Engineer: ATE Test Development

Description:

- As an ATE Test Developer, the candidate will be involved in all aspects of providing characterization and production test solutions for mixed signal circuits and digital interfaces.
- The test solutions target the Verigy 93K HSM platform.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will work with other engineering disciplines to:

- Perform feasibility studies and assess testability
- Develop and implement test strategies
- Document test plans
- Develop test programs and specify hardware requirements
- Correlate tester and bench measurements
- Enable manufacturing test by facilitating test transfer into a production environment

In addition, the candidate may be providing direct customer support in the form of training and providing materials such as test methodologies, test scripts, reference programs for firmware development and characterization reports. The candidate may occasionally travel to support the customer´s integration of our technologies.

Requirements:
- BSEE required, MSEE preferred
- 6-10+ years experience in high-speed testers (preferably Verigy 93K HSM)
- Strong programming background (C, C++, PERL)
- Knowledge of DFT (scan, iddq, jtag) and analog test methodologies
- Works in both Linux and Windows environments
- Familiarity with lab instruments like Oscilloscopes, BERT, TDR, and other instruments
- Knowledge of memory interfaces (e.g. DDRx, GDDRx, LPDDRx, XDR) is a plus
- Good communicator and team player
- Good planning/organizational skills and demonstrates analytical thinking Willingness to travel (international or domestic)
