Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is currently looking for a Web Producer to fill the role of consultant for one of its high-tech clients located in San Jose, CA. The Web Producer will monitor stakeholders with regard to web marketing strategy and simultaneously manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives. This consultant must possess outstanding organizational, follow-up, prioritization and communication skills.
The ideal consultant has solid web marketing experience and is very strong facilitator. Effective facilitation requires the ability to connect to groups across the organization as well as within the team organization. This assignment requires a strong Web Producer.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Facilitate coherent web strategy, working with key internal and cross-organization stakeholders
* Simultaneously manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives, providing effective project management of all aspects
* Collaborate to assess and determine priorities and communicate them within the team and across the organization
* Organize and follow-up meticulously to facilitate delivery and maintenance of the web strategy
* Develop a clear view and understanding of the web visitor, their tasks and their web needs and deliver against that view
* Work effectively on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
* Monitor and manage internal stakeholders and cross-organization groups to make sure their needs are appropriately handled
Skills:
* BS/BA in General Business, Marketing or similar plus 7-10 years of relevant web marketing experience
* Experience bringing insight, knowledge, best practices and feedback to all web marketing strategy discussions
* Ability to manage multiple web activities and initiatives at once is a must!
* Demonstrated ability to listen well and understand web strategy and facilitate and prioritize implementation
* Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influence and collaboration skills are required
* Ability to drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment with a strong emphasis on team work
* Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
Rate: $1600 per week, D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Onsite at corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA
Hours/duration: Full-time, ASAP-ongoing
