IT Analyst with Unica Implementation experience
Role and Deliverables

Understand business requirements and functional requirement.
Write Functional and technical design documents.
Making configuration changes, hands on development, perform unit testing & deployment.
Transfer knowledge to test and production support teams.
Help production support team for any questions/issues.

Skills and Experience
Understanding of Marketing automation business processes and operations.
Hands on enterprise implementation experience with Unica Campaign & Unica eMessage is a must.
Hands on Unica Cognos reporting experience is desired.
Experience in administering apps server & web server like Websphere for Unica Campaign.
Experience in databases design and data warehousing tools including Oracle, Teradata, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, Informatica.
Experience in other languages like Java scripts/Perl
Should able to work on Unix/linux/windows environment.
Experience in data modeling including dimensional modeling.
Experience in implementing or integrating toolsets that support the web marketing channel (such as Omniture´s Test & Target) is highly desired.
Ability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
Solid communication and documentation skills
