Position: Senior Developer (Visual Basic, VBScript, SQL etc)
Pay Rate: DOE
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Modesto, CA
Interview process: Phone to Onsite
Background check: Required

Description:
The senior developer will assist in the development, troubleshooting and improvement of Software with guidance from IT Lead, Senior developer and department Director.

Key Skills:
Consultant will be expert in Visual Basic, VB Script, SQL, Oracle and other languages as required to enhance the reliability and usability of application suites.
The consultant may be required to research root causes to chronic issues and provide information or resolution for these issues.

The IT Developer or Programmer will be responsible for -
Developing and supporting efficient, reliable, recoverable data extracts and transfers.
Implementing alert procedures to handle data and process errors.
Implement and schedule data loads with reliable error handling.
Integrate new vendor supplied applications into current environment.
Analyze and debug scripts and programs with chronic issues.
Optimize current data loads for efficiency.
Create user friendly tools for troubleshooting and analysis of issues.
