Job Title: EMS Production, Senior Manager/Plant Manager/China

Job Description:

This position requires a candidate capable of taking overall responsibility for electronics manufacture in a rapidly expanding company. Improving current systems, capability, and skill level while expanding production and improving quality are the key challenges. The position offers a great career opportunity for a candidate with great management skills and sound technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing. Prefer candidates who have worked at a large electronics contract manufacturing company such as Foxconn, Fletronics, IAC, or smilar.
Audio manufacturing experience is preferred but mobile phone/decoder/TV manufacturing are also acceptable.
Specific Duties include:
Response overview management for PCBA and electronics product assembly, confirm and release DFM & PFMEA document.
Involve and audit the new process development and implement result.
Organize and set up production KPI and control plan to follow the execution.
Approve process flow, standard time rules and related technical & operation SOP.
Plan and implement workshop rules in safety, 5S, ESD, EOS and related environment improvement activities.
Coach and train production colleagues to improvement the performance through result check, target monitor and working plan.
Involve and decide the critical quality and effective issue in trial running or/and mass production.
Guide continuous improvement action through Zero defect methodology.
Required Skills:
BA degree in electronics, mechanical, or related engineering management major, or lean six sigma certification.
Must have more than 5 years world top 500 EMS production or related management experience.
Must have overview of new EMS factory planning to meet top level quality EMS in world-class factory.
Must know well basic preventive concepts to guide process improvement and quality management.
Master lean production or lean six sigma method for problem solution.
Understand IE methodology and line of balance analysis.
Understand related process parameter control criteria such as IPC-STD-001 or/and IPC-610 rules.
Must have strong problem solving and process development capability through SMT/MI process analysis.
Must understand lean concept, ECRS, VTR and mistake proof application skills.
Must have strong modern manufacturing factory management method in cost, market, efficiency, quality and creative innovation …etc.
Must understand CS product instruction and basic performance character, known HiFi or related audio product technical.
Must have excellent communication skill in Chinese & English and team working behavior with quick and positive execution.
