Unix System Engineer (Identity Management)
Senior UNIX Systems Engineer for the "Information Security Identity and Access Management Unix Team" provides support for on-going projects and compliance efforts across the enterprise. Team manages access control for more than 3000 UNIX servers.

This position requires
• 8+ years of hands-on UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux) sys admin experience, need to have UNIX security administration experience.
• Extensive scripting using UNIX shell and perl programming.
• Strong understanding of UNIX user access management, Unix Identity management, SSH configuration, sudo, PowerBroker, PAM authentication.
• Flexible work hours including telecommuting to provide off-hours support is required.

A Plus: UNIX Security Monitoring tools (Tripwire, Qualys), and Quest QAS product experience

Roles/ responsibilities
* Provide leadership and technical support for UNIX operating system security, particularly in the area of access and privilege management
* Assist with the design, deployment and support of vendor products
* Produce documentation to satisfy audit requirements for SOX and PCI certifications
* Collect data and report security issues
* Collaborate with technical peers to identify root cause of security issues and provide appropriate resolutions
* Work directly with the business/application-side customers to remediate UNIX security issues
* Extensive shell coding and task automation
* Assist in training and development of UNIX Team Members
* Create documentation based on IAM Services policies and procedures
* Use Remedy to monitor and receive incoming requests and problems
