Job Description:
* This position will be responsible for the scheduling of all "Applied Integration Test" testing.
* Responsible for assigning test projects to the "AIT" team members for testing and overseeing their progress to completion.
* Responsible for setting up projects in Sales Force and maintaining SharePoint Team Calendar.
* Responsible for creating & maintaining teams System Test Plans that will be used for "AIT" projects.
* Responsible for overseeing that all "AIT" team members complete their respective tasks in a timely manner. Report any issues or conflicts along with any scheduling issues to Supervisor as needed.
* Responsible for assisting in the testing programs.
* May be required to assist with Beta testing programs.
* Will be required to submit a weekly report on all "AIT" projects to Supervisor each week.
* Responsible for holding weekly "AIT" staff meetings to plan, review and discuss current and future "AIT" projects.
* May be required to assist "Sr. Manager of Beta Test & Integration Test" and or "Director of Technical Support and Integration Test" from time to time.
Skills:
* Computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point,
* Must have good written & verbal communication skills and be able to confidently work with TTS & Beta staff members to get the tasks done efficiently and on time.
* Must be able to work well with other groups such as PM & ENG to make sure that products are sent out to team members in a timely manner and that testing starts on time, reports and/or any other information is distributed to team members on an as needed basis, and testing gets completed.
* Must be able to trouble shoot and or log issues from testing into a database such as JIRA.
* Ability to keep and organize an active work schedule for testing projects along with assigned team members.
* Ability to work with little supervision and lead others.
Experience:
* 3 to 5 years' experience in agricultural, construction, and or survey applications.
* 1 to 3 years' experience working with a contractor, surveying firm, or on a farm.
* Knowledge of Topcon products and applications.
* 1 to 3 years' experience in a Systems Testing role is desired.
* Must be focused and detailed orientated.
* Experience working with JIRA, SharePoint, & Sales Force.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, release notes, product manuals, and various other reports. Ability to write System Test Plans, log bugs and defects into JIRA, routine reports, and correspondence.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of dealers, customers, or employees.
