We are currently recruiting a highly motivated, enthusiastic implementation consultant with strong software and media billing skills.
This individual will be assisting in the implementation and training of the FinancialForce for Media (Billing) solution in customer environments. Occasional travel within the US should be expected.
Responsibilities:
Perform client implementations, including leading and documenting client meetings, developing project plans and training client personnel.
Offer domain expertise around ad management technologies, data integration, process optimization and industry best practices.
Presenting the FinancialForce solution via Web conference tools and/or in-person meetings. Perform key components of remote implementations of the FinancialForce solution. Components may include installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration and general support.
Prepare and deliver standard and custom training events via web or standard classroom methods.
Understand and implement complementary 3rd party applications as part of overall FinancialForce implementation project.
Understand client's business process requirements and assist project team in translating those requirements into functional specifications for custom development and functional extension.
Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years experience Enterprise or SaaS Billing solution implementations Accounting/Billing experience (or demonstrable qualification of accounting/billing processes)
Previous Experience working with Digital Advertising, Online Publishing or Interactive Media companies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast changing, team environment
Technical computer skills ideally including salesforce.com, MS Office and web presentation tools 4 year University Degree required
