Title: Java/Database Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on Java developer experience in Eclipse Windows environment. Know how to set up the environment and build the applications.
- BA degree in Computer Science or engineering with total of 3-5 years of experience.
- Some hand-on experience with Perl.
- Strong Oracle SQL. MS Access and Excel are required.

Programming Skills:
- Basic: Java / J2EE design /development experience JSP, SERVLET, EJB , Spring, Apache library, or others. Database Modeling, XML
- Scripting: Perl, JavaScript, Ant, Shell
- OS: Windows, Linux / Solaris
- Database: Oracle, Ms Access.

Other Requirements:
- Must be a great team player! This is a highly collaborative position, working with subject matter experts and users.
- Must be a self learner and focused.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Design and develop new features for the existing two systems.
- Design and improve DB infrastructure to meet performance need.
- Maintain existing two dashboards: search dashboard and click to chat dashboard. Keep Google's APIs data updated and work with vendors with the new technologies they release.
- Participate in web marketing business data support activities if needed.
- Identify, analyze, communicate and resolve application, infrastructure and environment issues and problems.
