Title: Web Marketing Manager
Duration: 6+ months with quarterly renewal
Location: San Jose, CA

Manage the online presence for awareness, consideration and purchase of services, products, and solutions. Use evolving web and social technologies to present an open, collaborative and personalized environment. Use visitor data to listen, interact and collaborate to drive shared success for customers.

- Lead strategy and execution for the look & feel, operation, and effectiveness of services web properties: Partner Central, and CEC.
- Partner with internal strategists to ensure integration with other internal web properties/pages: Products, Solutions, Partner Central
- Serve as consultant to internal stakeholders in understanding their marketing and business objectives, write a Digital Media Solutions Plan, execute, measure.
- User Experience Guidance - Provide recommendations on overall user experience and how to improve.
- Technology & Tool Recommendations - Advise on the appropriate technology/tool solution for a project.
- Represent the services web team on various boards and councils Operating Committee, Design Board, Business Analysis Team (BAT), CEC Hub Team Meetings
- Support & Guidance on Web Standards - Develop, assess and communicate website standards, processes, and policies; ensure editorial and design elements are on brand and aligned with standards and messaging; ensure interactional and collaborative guidelines are met; ensure appropriate tone, affect and style are used.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with developers and with social media lead to understand development considerations, standards, overall level of efforts, and track deliverables.
- Consistent analysis of stats to ensure business objectives are met. Analyze visitor data to make strategic recommendations for new programs or improvements to existing programs. Use data to drive personalization for measurable effect. Perform web usability testing as needed.

Requirements:
- Marketing Degree with 7+ years experience in Web Marketing
- Passion for the web, solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including basic HTML and Web 2.0.
- Strong marketing skills and experience understanding of marketing discipline and how it translates to an online environment
- Strong influencing skills able to sell ideas, evangelize
- Strong presentation skills expert PowerPoint user, understands audience, has outcome in mind, etc.
- Energetic, fun, people person and confident presence on the phone and in person
- Proven success in fast-paced environment: Multi-tasking ability to competently manage numerous projects, clients, and prioritize in a high-pressure environment, meeting heavy
- Ability to work within Corp standards but continue to suggest creative solutions
- Ability to manage own projects to meet objectives, timelines, work within budget
- Ability to work with remote teams, competent at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work at all levels of an organization manage down, across, up

Preferred:
- Experience with professional services industry, field enablement, partner enablement
- Experience with site redesigns and launches
- Experience with web analytic tools/reporting/analysis
