In order to develop our products we have a multicultural team of both Western and Asian Engineers permanently located in China. Due to the rapid growth of our company we are looking to expand our engineering team by adding highly talented and practical Mechanical and Software engineers.

Developing products for the world's leading audio brands, this position offers a challenging and interesting experience both professionally and culturally. As China is rapidly developing into a major manufacturing nation, this position will enable you to become confident and comfortable with operating in China, a highly desirable attribute for future career development.

The loudspeaker Mechanical Design managing engineer will exhibit good working knowledge of precision and high quality wood, plastic and metal cabinet design. They will also have significant working experience with design review and problem solving for new development loudspeaker products until 1st MP production.


Specific Duties include:

Design and specification of high quality injection molded plastic or metal cabinets, and wood cabinets with high quality finishes.
Logical problem solving and product trouble shooting
Good inter-disciplinary team work approach
Project related task management of supporting PJM project management
Interface between company and customers
Fluent in English / Mandarin


Required Skills:

5 years or more of mechanical design experience
BS ME Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in SolidWorks 3D design
Experience in 2D drafting
Advanced statistical part tolerancing skills
Extensive experience in plastics design and material specification
Mold flow analysis experience
Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment
Excellent problem solving skills requiredExcellent communication with customers and colleagues
Fluent in English and fluent in Mandarin
Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment.
ABILITY TO RELOCATE TO CHINA is REQUIRED.
