Flowserve is seeking a senior IT Manager to provide support for Legal, Compliance, and Communication Systems. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the Global and Corporate Legal and Communications Environments, direction of projects, and coordination of projects with IT management and the business. The manager will have frequent and direct contact with all levels of the Legal, Communications, and IT departments. Role requires a hands-on approach to managing Global/Corporate solutions, and includes assisting with the design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the multiple Legal/Compliance systems In partnership with Legal and IT leadership, assist in the development of strategic plans and lead the department with proactive, client-oriented focused solutions. Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of Legal System strategies, tactics, and processes. Work with appropriate country or location leaders as designated in each region to coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of Compliance Systems strategies.
Required:
* 8+ years working within an Global IT Organization
* 5+ years IT Compliance/Communications experience
* 5+ years´ experience managing an IT team
* BA degree or equivalent
* 7+ years of leadership experience managing both IT projects and cross-functional project teams
* Experience working in a global environment and have an understanding or regulatory, language, and compliance/privacy requirements
* Experience working with an integrated ERP software, preferably Oracle
* Strong influence skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully challenge the status quo.
