[KITlist-Tech] CONTR: Senior Test Engineer (Automation, Python, Java) (Palo Alto, CA)

Test Automation Engineering needed for 6+ month project at good / stable /
public / growing company.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing complex analysis, design, programming, and
modifications of computer programs for software products and/or customer
applications.
Writes code and completes programming, testing, and debugging of applications.
Determines forms, procedures, and other documentation needed for installation
and maintenance of application programs.
Interfaces with marketing and customers to add new or custom features to company
products. May provide work leadership and training to staff.

Additional Notes:

Would like to find a developer specializing in Java / Python development work
who will be working on QE automation (in stax/ java/ python / perl). Java and
ability to pick up new things / be able to contribute in new environment is a
much. Self starter and no maintenance person (who can solve problems
independently is a must have). Past experience working on test automation is
preferred, but not a requirement. Not looking for a QE / tester, but experienced
person who can solve problems, debug and code. Understanding of Company´s
products is a huge plus. Understanding of networking and storage technologies is
a plus. Being able to work with linux and windows OS´s is required.
