Title: Technical/Business Analyst (Mid-level)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3 mos+ with possibility of extension

This is for a mid-level analyst with the following skills:

- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with understanding of IT and full SDLC projects.
- Strong communication & organization skills is a MUST.
- Ability to partner with business counterparts in order to identify business requirements.
- Ability to take business requirements and work with technical team to define solution to meet requirements.
- Strong Analysis and analytic thinking skills. (Experience working in both Business and Technical analysis)
- Thorough and detailed documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze technical/project data and develop solutions.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to leverage technology to create business solutions.
- Present and demonstrate analytical findings to internal audiences including management.
- Comfortable in working with both business partners and technical IT team.
- Familiarity with enterprise search solutions and web services.
- Familiarity with metadata and publishing processes
- Comfortable working in both waterfall and agile projects.
