Lead/Senior Software Engineer -3D, computer vision

Location- Palo Alto CA

MUST HAVE -experience with computer vision!!!

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

• 5-6+ years proven experience with computer vision based product or application development

• Proven experience with practical real world implementation of vision based algorithms & technology

• Expertise in computer vision & image processing algorithms

• Experience with optimizing algorithms for real time performance

• Experience with object oriented design & C++ programming skills

• Strong Math background (like 3D graphics, projection, reconstruction & filtering, estimators, etc.)

• Experience with Agile development

• Leadership skills; prior Lead role for a small team experience

• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment

• Must possess the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

• Self-starter & motivated to create well engineered software components & systems

MUST HAVE -experience with computer vision!!!


Desired skills:

• MS in CS, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Experience with object tracking & classification

• Experience with CUDA and/or GPGPU programming

• Experience with Intel IPP & TBB and/or MKL libraries

• Experience with cameras & 3D projection math

• Experience Open CV

• Experience with OpenGL, Qt, and/or other UI toolkits

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts

• Film, TV graphics, Game and/or broadcast video experience
