We have immediate need for uncommonly motivated and indispensably knowledgeable Senior Software Engineers. This individual must possess a suspiciously strong knowledge of Java, the ability to establish and enforce efficient program architecture standards both for him/herself and junior members of the team, and eat / breathe / sleep process & product improvement. A strong desire to innovate, evaluate, and elevate is, therefore, a must. A successful candidate will also be able to work in a quirky environment filled with individuals who possess a passion for their roles, sharing in the social space which makes WebJuice unique.
WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER HIRING ENGINEERS WITH LESS EXPERIENCE.
Required Skills/Experience:
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4 plus years of Intense Java Development.
• Fluency in Java-Related Technologies.
• Knowledge of / Experience in Web Application Development.
• Familiar with Architecture, Memory, Caching, Web Services, SDK, Data Structures, Multi-Threading, etc.
• Ability to Work Solo or in a Small Team Toward a Common Goal.
• Excellent vernal, written, and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• DBA chops.
• Perl Proficiency.
• Exposure to Other Scripting Languages.
