Business Analyst Needed for long term project at a very good client company (stable, public, growing).

Local Candidates with Local Experience preferred.

This Business group provides leadership on the design and and implementation of internal collaboration and communication technologies and their effective integration into business processes. We do this by partnering closely with business functions, Company´s IT team, Sales/Marketing, and also by attending to people, process, and culture through proven change management methodologies.

One arm of this group is the Client Engagement Team. The Client Engagement team ensures that the proper channels are in place to gather and prioritize user stories and business requirements for decision-making related to collaborative technologies. The team also analyzes a variety of metrics and success measures and makes recommendations on appropriate adoption strategies to business functions. Additionally, the Client Engagement Team works with a variety of business clients, in particular, the Corporate Communications team, to find ways to maximize the effective use of collaborative technologies

The Client Engagement Business Analyst will work on a variety of projects and take direction from program managers.

Typical duties that the Business Analyst may engage in:

* Writing and editing project communications for delivery via email, websites, and other online delivery

* Creating or supervising the creation on messaging in online video

* Gathering and analyzing metrics and client information from a variety of sources and working with the project team to recommend best utilization of resources to improve adoption

* Consulting with all levels of employee and influence them in embracing the changing technologies, business policies, processes and/or systems.

* Advising and reviewing change management plans

* Working directly with teams conducting focus groups and doing interviews

* Gathering best practices and success stories

* Managing online communities and related information to address change management and adoption of technologies

* Continually changing and improving processes to keep up with rapidly changing initiatives, client needs, and business goals

* Tracking and documenting projects

The ideal candidate will:

- Understand and be able to use web 2.0 technologies, unified communications technologies, and social media, including discussion forums, wikis, blogs, and online communities

- Possess strong knowledge of change management models (Business Process / Adoption Change Management)

- Be highly skilled in using Excel to analyze information; experience using Business Objects application for pulling and analyzing data is a plus, experienced with Powerpoint for presentations, etc.

- Use a consultative approach with clients

- Be skilled in using Visio to draft workflow and swim lane diagrams

- Require minimal supervision and work independently.

- Receive only general objective/direction on new assignments.

- Possess excellent writing, facilitation, and problem solving skills.

- Practice sound business judgment

- Have strong project management skills

- Work effectively with individual contributors, mid-level managers, and executives

- Be able to take direction from multiple people and prioritize project tasks appropriately
