Senior Java Server Engineer/Developer

Looking for Senior Java Developers/Engineers who will be developing and designing high availability systems
Working with business to understand the requirements, prepare requirement specifications and technical design.
Develop the application based on functional specification and technical design; adhere to development techniques and standards

Skills
- J2EE design patterns
- J2SE/JSP/Javascript/CSS
- Spring Framework
- Persistence frameworks (Hibernate)
- Application server (JBoss)
- RDBMS (Oracle), SQL
- Develop REST-based web services, service-oriented architectures
Performance profiling, analysis, and tuning, database tuning, Application server tuning
- Previous experience with developing commercial, high-volume web applications
