Title: Executive Communications Manager
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
Location: San Jose, CA

We have an urgent position for an Executive Communications Manager with the following skills:

- 5-7 years of experience as Communications Manager
-must worked for big companies
- Support the Project Manager in developing and distributing communications
- Will work with teams to gather information and based on that information, create communications and presentations (review content on slides) appropriate for target audiences, especially VP Level and Executive levels.
- They need to (via the presentation) articulate strategy to sr. level executives and VPs (need to know how and when to tailor the presentation)
- Communications may include: written announcements, text for websites/wikis, slides for stakeholder meetings, scripts for video on demand or voicemail, speaker notes for existing slides, and other communication mediums as they are identified.
-Communications may include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to translate the technical speak into business speak.
- Make a compelling business case for change to variety of stakeholder in multiple geographies and multiple levels
- Clear, concise and compelling language and messaging to drive awareness, understanding and adoption
- Variety of communication vehicles and messaging catered to audience
- Clear understanding of business, goals and objectives
- Excellent communication skills
