In this position, the individual will be responsible for develop test solutions for SanDisk memory products. This includes creating test methodologies, defining test interface hardware schematics, Final Test and Burn-In program development, debug, correlation and release to production sites. The test development to be developed using Nextest, Advantest, JEC and STK test systems. Interact with Design and Product Engineering to evaluate testability, develop and execute test strategies. Perform test time reductions, program quality improvements and test documentation. Comprehend of design manuals and data sheets. Troubleshoot complex problems, using various bench equipments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and meters).

This position requires a BSEE degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in Test Engineering. This position requires the Engineer's background to be in Semiconductor test development. This candidate should have excellent programming skills, and good knowledge of ATE and test hardware. He or She must have good troubleshooting skills and hands on knowledge of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and signal generators. NAND FLASH memory test background is helpful.
