The Application Administrator is responsible for the implementation support of Decisiv Email for Recommind´s customers. Application Administrator maintains involvement through the lifecycle of a customer deployment of Decisiv Email, from pre-sales and requirements definition to hands-on implementation, support, and potential custom integrations.
Responsibilities
•Provide technical and functional support for Decisiv Email to Recommind´s customers
•Point of escalation for resolution of technical issues
•Prioritize and effectively manage customer support calls and requests.
•Work closely with and coordinate tasks with other members of the Decisiv Email team
•Report and document details of technical and functional issues
•Update and where appropriate draft technical and user documentation
•Where appropriate work with third party vendors to facilitate Decisiv Email integration or development initiatives
Requirements
•Experience administering an enterprise document management system with an SQL backend in particular managing large data sets and high-availability systems
•Must have experience with one of the following: iManage, EAS, EVault, interaction, SharePoint
•Knowledge of Windows systems, e.g., Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory
•Enterprise implementation and upgrading experience a must. This person will be the direct interface for our customer´s as well as internal rollout and support of our systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sales savvy a must.
•Proven track record in successful customer implementations and management of partners
•Day to day responsibilities includes assessing and inventory of recent physical and process security requirements with security issues and well as change control and administration control.
•Must be an enterprise-level admin
•Previous enterprise administration experience a must.
•Strong project management skills and experience (5+ years)
•Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required
