We are looking for highly talented and motivated people to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Technical Project Manager will work directly with customers managing implementations of Recommind's email solution. Since our products are highly complex and require great technical knowledge in addition to being implemented in a business environment, it is important that you are comfortable communicating and interacting with both business and technical team members. As we are highly successful and busy, it will be imperative that you can handle several projects at one time in order to be successful in this position.
Professional Requirements:
•Experience working and managing relationships with enterprise customers
•Strong project management skills and experience (5+ years)
•Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
•5+ years experience in enterprise software consulting dealing with large data sets and high-availability systems
•Proven track record in successful customer implementations and management of partners
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be a self-starter, avid team player and creative team leader with a positive "can do" attitude
•Able to travel in US and Europe
•BS in a technical discipline or equivalent (MS desired)
•Technical documentation management experience
•Knowledge of software life cycles
Nice to have:
•Familiar with Search technology
•Familiar with archiving technology
•Experience working in the legal industry
•Experience dealing with large data sets and high-availability systems
•Knowledge of Windows systems, e.g., Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, and Active Directory
•Knowledge of document management system, e.g., iManage, Lotus Notes, OpenTextDM
•Development experience
•Information Science/Computer Science background
