[KITlist-Tech] CONTR: Project / Program Manager (IT, Enterprise, Email) (Sunnyvale, Ca)

Immediate need for a Project/Program Manager for an Enterprise Technology Project. Project is long term.

This person will work closely with technical project managers and other program/project

managers to assist with the coordination of multiple internal projects and interface with

internal business users. The application areas are in the digital asset management and email

delivery domains.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop program plans, timelines and schedules

- Work with business project management to define requirements

- Work with technical project management to define implementation timelines

- Work with other teams to coordinate plans, track progress, communicate issues and

escalate as appropriate

- Provide updates to management to ensure exposure of issues and challenges

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience with driving software releases

- Experience with driving IT projects

- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

- Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities

- Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles

- Able to manage time and work on multiple projects concurrently

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Experience with digital asset management and email delivery applications

Education/Experience

- BS in related field or equivalent work experience

- 3-5 years experience as program/product manager
